Senator Husain congratulates Alhaji Ajao on his Baba Adinni turbaning, celebrating his leadership, faith, and community development in Osun State

Distinguished Senator Mudashiru Oyetunde Husain, APC apex leader in Ejigbo Local Government and leading gubernatorial aspirant for Osun 2026, has extended warm congratulations to Alhaji Abdul Azeez Gbadebo Ajao, the APC Leader of Ede Federal Constituency, on his turbaning as Baba Adinni of Ido-Osun Central Mosque.

In a statement issued by his media office, Senator Husain described the honour as a “well-deserved recognition for a man whose life demonstrates unwavering commitment to the sociopolitical growth and spiritual upliftment of his people.”

He noted that Alhaji Ajao’s elevation to the revered spiritual position is “a testament to his decades of service anchored on humility, faith, community advancement, and responsible leadership.”

“Alhaji Ajao exemplifies the rare blend of a political leader and a spiritual pillar, who uses his influence not only to build people and institutions, but to unite communities under values of peace, compassion, and shared progress,” Senator Husain said.

The lawmaker further praised Ajao for consistently deploying his goodwill toward community development, emphasising that his new role will further bolster his contributions to Islam and humanity at large.

He prayed that Almighty Allah grant the newly installed Baba Adinni long life, sound health, and sustained wisdom to continue guiding the younger generation and promoting harmony within the Muslim community.
