According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Galatasaray have submitted an initial bid of €50 million with an additional €5 million in add-ons. Despite the bid, Napoli are yet to accept, with the Italian club holding out for more.

Romano shared the update via his official X account, stating, “Galatasaray have sent an initial bid for Victor Osimhen for €50m plus €5m… while Napoli wants more.”

Romano further explained that Osimhen is eager to make the move happen. The Super Eagles forward has reportedly agreed on personal terms that will keep him at the club until June 2028.

“Personal terms are agreed until June 2028, Victor said yes to Gala once again,” Romano added. “It now depends on Galatasaray and Napoli to get deal done after initial €55m bid, after Al Hilal offered to pay €75m clause.”

“Napoli for weeks have been pleading with Victor Osimhen to stay. Galatasaray and Napoli are currently in negotiations for the payment of his release clause.”

The striker’s history with Galatasaray has played a major role in the deal’s progress. During his loan spell with the Yellow-Reds, Osimhen scored an impressive 37 goals across all competitions.
