The dramatic development surfaced over the weekend when Rymir posted a video on Instagram announcing the withdrawal of his federal case.

“There’s a lot going on behind closed doors… but I haven’t stopped fighting. We’re playing chess, not checkers,” Rymir stated.

The case centered on claims that Jay-Z fathered Rymir through an affair with his late mother, Wanda Satterthwaite, in the early 1990s.

While past court attempts failed, this most recent effort sought federal reconsideration.

Jay-Z’s legal team dismissed the claims as “fabricated,” calling the decades-long pursuit a “harassment campaign.”

They further emphasized that the case was never formally served and that the rapper was unaware of the latest filing for nearly a month.

Notably, Rymir was not seeking child support but alleged emotional and reputational damage due to the unresolved paternity. He accused Jay-Z of manipulating the legal system to avoid DNA testing.

Despite the dismissal, Rymir insists the fight isn’t over.

“You think it’s over? It’s just the opening,” he declared.
