Jakub Kiwior Porto transfer is reportedly close to being finalized, with the Portuguese giants nearing an agreement with Arsenal over a loan deal that includes an obligation to buy.

According to sources close to the negotiations, the total package is valued at around £26 million, including the loan fee.

The final amount could increase further depending on Kiwior’s performances and Porto’s team achievements.

The 24-year-old Polish defender joined Arsenal from Spezia in January 2023 in a deal worth £20 million.

While he has shown glimpses of promise, he has struggled to cement a regular starting spot under Mikel Arteta, falling behind the likes of Gabriel Magalhães and William Saliba in the pecking order.

Porto are said to be long-time admirers of Kiwior and see him as a key defensive reinforcement as they aim to regain the Primeira Liga title and push deep into European competitions.
