Onyeka registered an assist in three appearances, including a decisive stoppage-time pass that set up Ephron Mason-Clark for Coventry’s third goal in a crucial match.

Since joining the club on loan from Brentford FC in January, the 28-year-old has made 14 league appearances under manager Frank Lampard, recording one goal and one assist.

His consistent displays in midfield have earned him recognition among the league’s top performers during a competitive promotion campaign.
