Emmanuel Fernandez transfer interest has intensified after the 24-year-old centre-back’s standout performances at Ibrox, which have established him as one of the most sought-after defenders in Europe.

Fernandez, who joined Rangers from Peterborough United last summer, also made his international debut for Nigeria in a friendly against Iran last month, further boosting his rising profile.

His consistent form earned him a place in the Scottish Premiership PFA Team of the Season, a recognition that has significantly increased interest from elite clubs.
