Tottenham Hotspur confirm Sporting Director Fabio Paratici is leaving the club after just three and a half months in north London

Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed that Fabio Paratici will leave his role as Sporting Director after only three and a half months, bringing his brief tenure in north London to an early conclusion.

The club announced the departure in a brief statement on Wednesday, saying the change will take immediate effect. No further details were provided regarding the reasons behind Paratici’s exit.

Tottenham assured supporters that ongoing football operations will continue without disruption, with responsibilities of the Sporting Director to be absorbed internally under the existing leadership structure.

Paratici had returned to Tottenham recently and was involved in recruitment and strategic planning during his short stint.

The club emphasised that current football operations and strategic projects will proceed as planned.
