In a recent statement, the insurance group revealed that Mr. Akinwale Sofile has been appointed as the new Managing Director of LTIL.

A former Chief Financial Officer at Lasaco Assurance, Sofile is known for his deep finance expertise and impactful leadership.

The board expressed strong confidence in his ability to steer LTIL toward increased profitability and market growth.

Meanwhile, Mr. Olumide Jayeola will continue to lead Lasaco Properties Limited. Jayeola brings a well-rounded skill set that spans project and estate management, law, and theology—experience the company believes is essential for guiding the property subsidiary through its next growth phase.

According to the statement, the subsidiaries have undergone comprehensive rebranding involving service enhancements, process optimisation, and updated branding to reflect a forward-thinking, customer-focused direction.

Additionally, each subsidiary now has a restructured board composed of seasoned professionals.
