Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie produced a decisive late save to inspire Brighton & Hove Albion Women into their first-ever Women’s FA Cup final after a thrilling 3-2 semi-final victory over Liverpool Women at St Helens on Sunday.

The Women’s FA Cup encounter saw Brighton fall 2-0 behind early before staging a determined comeback to level the game by the 54th minute. The contest remained finely balanced until stoppage time, when Nadine Noordam struck a powerful winner from close range to seal a historic victory.

Chiamaka Nnadozie played a crucial role in keeping Brighton alive in the contest, producing a sharp save to deny Liverpool substitute Aurelie Csillag in the closing stages, a moment that proved pivotal in the outcome.
