Peter Adeleke attempts to break a Guinness World Record with a 48-hour leadership teaching marathon in Calgary, aiming to reshape global leadership culture

Peter Adeleke, a Nigerian-born leadership coach and author, is attempting a groundbreaking Guinness World Record with a 48-hour nonstop leadership teaching marathon in Calgary, Canada.

The bold initiative begins on August 29 and runs through August 31, 2025, at 451 Northmount Drive NW, Calgary.

The current record stands at 24 hours, and Adeleke is aiming for a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 48 continuous hours of live leadership lessons.

Structured into four-hour segments, the free event allows attendees to join or leave at any time.

Free meals will also be provided for in-person participants.

Speaking on his motivation, Peter Adeleke, who goes by the moniker Peter Trailblazer, said in a video statement:

“It’s not just about breaking a record, it’s about changing the narratives of leadership for today and tomorrow.”

Adeleke, author of Born to Lead, Called to Serve, emphasized that great leaders aren’t born but made — through intentional learning, experience, and mindset transformation.

His teachings are aimed at professionals, entrepreneurs, and visionaries seeking to elevate their influence and impact.

“Leadership is not just about managing people; it’s about inspiring, empowering, and creating positive change that transcends borders,” he wrote on his website.

The 48-hour marathon will explore critical themes such as:
