Vector Tha Viper explains he doesn’t attend church, saying God cares about the human heart, not church buildings, in a BTC podcast discussion

Nigerian rapper Vector Tha Viper revealed in a recent BTC podcast that he does not attend church because he believes that church is not a building but “a human being.”

He emphasized that the Bible teaches God values the human heart over physical edifices. Vector referenced a saying attributed to Thomas, explaining that the kingdom of God exists both inside and outside of individuals, and that self-awareness is key to realizing one’s spiritual identity.

Vector said, “The kingdom is a conglomerate of believers, but it is rooted in the individualism of your saving. So, you are saved individually by connecting to God.”

He clarified that he respects those who attend churches and denominations, but personally prioritizes a spiritual connection with God over formal religious institutions.
