The 34-year-old reality television star disclosed the development in a post shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, where he said the decision was based solely on how openly he professes his belief in Jesus Christ online.

Although Cross did not name the individual or company involved, he said the rejection did not shake his convictions, stressing that he would never compromise his faith for financial gain.

According to him, many people still associate him with his time in the Big Brother Naija house, but he insisted that he has undergone a deep spiritual transformation since leaving the reality show.

Cross stated that while his physical appearance may remain the same, his values and outlook on life have changed significantly.

He said he would rather live with less than engage in wrongdoing or pursue wealth in ways that conflict with his beliefs, describing faith as more valuable than fame or money.

“I will never do anything evil for money, even if I become the poorest or the brokest human being on earth,” he said.

In the post, Cross also dismissed comparisons with other former housemates, noting that each person has a unique journey and personal understanding of success.

He added that fame does not control his life and that true wealth, in his view, comes from God alone.
