Tottenham Hotspur have completed the signing of Italy midfielder Sandro Tonali from Newcastle United in a deal worth up to £100 million, making it potentially the biggest transfer in the club’s history.

The Premier League club announced the transfer on Monday, 6 July 2026, securing the 26-year-old midfielder in one of the standout moves of the summer transfer window.

Tottenham manager Roberto De Zerbi welcomed the arrival of the Italian international, describing him as a key addition to the squad.
