The French club confirmed that Rosenior, 41, will take charge of his first training session on Thursday as preparations begin for the upcoming campaign.

Rosenior returns to French football after a brief spell at Chelsea, where he succeeded Enzo Maresca in January.

His time at Stamford Bridge, however, lasted less than four months before he was dismissed in April following a disappointing run of results.

Before his Chelsea appointment, Rosenior managed Strasbourg and also held coaching roles at Derby County and Hull City, earning a reputation for his progressive style of play and player development.

At Paris FC, Rosenior replaces Antoine Kombouare, who guided the club to an 11th-place finish in the French top flight last season.

The appointment marks a fresh chapter for both Rosenior and Paris FC as the club looks to improve on last season’s campaign under new leadership.
