VeryDarkMan’s new diss track takes aim at Governor Okpebholo, Portable, and Prophet Fufeyin, sparking outrage and praise across social media

Controversial Nigerian activist and social media commentator, VeryDarkMan (VDM), has once again ignited a firestorm on social media with a new diss track that targets Edo State Governor Monday Okpebholo, street-hop artist Portable, and popular preacher Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin.

Released via Instagram, the viral track pulls no punches as VDM takes aim at political leadership, celebrity scandals, and religious exploitation.

In one of the track’s most pointed lines, VDM mocks Governor Okpebholo over his allegedly poor WAEC results, which recently surfaced online ahead of the Edo governorship election.

He also slammed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC)** for what he described as “lowering the bar” for political candidates.

“E8, WAEC result of a governor. INEC, shame on you,”* VDM rapped.

The activist-turned-rapper also revived his feud with Portable, referencing a past keke (tricycle) theft accusation and the singer’s frequent run-ins with law enforcement, including a recent police arrest.

“You dey shout Zazu, but na Keke you dey snatch. Even police don tire for your matter,”* he rapped.

Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin, founder of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry, wasn’t spared either. VDMmocked the pastor’s “healing water” products and accused him of profiting off the vulnerability of his followers.

“Healing water or na holy detergent? You dey sell hope in plastic bottle,” he quipped.
