The scheme stresses the importance of avoiding late-night journeys to orientation camps to ensure the safety and security of all participants.

Jacob Unogwu, the Public Relations Officer of the NYSC in Bauchi State, urged corps members to follow the safety advice while sharing details about the registration process.

Registration for the 1,700 corps members deployed to Bauchi will start on July 30 and run until midnight on July 31 at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp in Wailo, Ganjuwa Local Government Area.

To bolster security, Unogwu highlighted that only verified graduates will be allowed into the camp after discreet screening to prevent impersonation or unauthorized entry.

The swearing-in ceremony is scheduled for August 1, with the orientation exercise concluding on August 19.

The NYSC orientation safety guidelines also emphasize strict adherence to camp rules, punctuality, and compliance with the dress code.
