The allocation gives Arsenal supporters an early glimpse of how the club’s new-look squad will be presented as Arteta prepares for another demanding Premier League campaign.

The arrival of Guimaraes is among the most notable changes, with the Brazilian midfielder taking an unconventional No. 39 rather than one of the traditional lower squad numbers.

Eze’s No. 10 is another significant development, placing the England international in one of the club’s most recognisable shirts.
