APC membership e-registration extended to February 8, 2026, with adjusted ward congress and national convention schedules announced

The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has extended the deadline for its ongoing membership e-registration and revalidation exercise to February 8, 2026.

The announcement was made by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka.

The party also revised its schedule for upcoming ward congresses and national convention. Ward congresses are now set for Wednesday, February 18, 2026, while the elective National Convention is scheduled for March 27 and 28, 2026.

Exceptions apply for Osun, Ekiti, Rivers, and the Federal Capital Territory, which will be excluded from the upcoming congresses.

Morka further disclosed that the NWC approved the composition of the coordinating committee for the National Convention, which will be published on Monday alongside the full list of membership and chairmanship positions.

The party also plans to release detailed information on all changes and adjustments to the congress schedule at the same time.

The extension of the membership e-registration and adjustments to the party’s internal calendar aim to ensure broader participation and effective organisation ahead of key party events.
